This Darul Ifta has been established to provide solutions to contemporary Shari‘ah, jurisprudential, and social issues in the light of Islamic teachings. Its primary objective is to offer authentic, balanced, and reliable Shari‘ah guidance to both the general public and scholars, based on the Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ, the consensus of the Ummah, and the authoritative works of Islamic jurisprudence.

The head of this Darul Ifta is Mufti Muhammad Yahya bin Abdul Hafeez Qasmi, who possesses extensive experience in teaching, issuing fatawa, and Islamic research. His scholarly approach is founded upon caution, moderation, and adherence to the methodology of the pious predecessors (Salaf as-Salih).

Through this website, the following scholarly services will be offered:

• Research-based and guidance-oriented articles on jurisprudential, reformative, and intellectual topics
• Beneficial and selected Islamic and jurisprudential books

Our effort is that this platform should not remain limited to issuing fatawa alone, but rather become a means of promoting religious awareness, intellectual balance, and moral reform, so that people may understand Islam correctly and implement it in their practical lives. Providing guidance related to marital and family life is also among our important objectives.
